Ascot Racecourse Members Level & Stone Motherless Bar

A Major refurbishment has been carried out to this floor, commencement of demo work started in May of 2015 upon the time of the winter closure of Ascot Racecourse.

All bars, serveries, toilets were to be demo along with the top corporate box's.

Design and construct was a big key factor along with working together with the interior designers (Webster & Allan) to complete a large scale fit out in a limited time factor for the opening day in October.

Along with the fit out for the Members' Floor we attended to the Ground Floor's seafood restaurant which was also due for an upgrade and was developed into a rustic style bar / restaurant called Stone Motherless.

Gloucester Park Beau Rivage & Stratton Bar

After many years of the old look, it was time to update. We worked along with the builder and client to come up with new ideas for the lighting and power. Also working along with the TAB to install there SST and race walls.

In the Beau Rivage Restaurant a redeveloped floor plan was used, LED downlights installed along with stylish pendants. Floor outlets for the Baine Marie’s, sensor lighting in the toilets, television sports and race walls were incorporated on the side walls and the columns.

Down at the JP’s sports bar, high ceiling made the job challanging for lighting but coming up with the idea of adding extended pendent lights and incorporating LED efficiency we were able to create a lighting mood to not overpower but to a design that suited the area. More Television Sports and Race walls were also installed.

The install time for the electrical was around 14 weeks.

A smaller fit out but exactly what we like to do, no more than 4 weeks from start to finish with some down time in between, a great job to be involved in.

The Fit-Out included soft wiring to work stations, relocating and installing new lights, installing new power and data outlets and upgrading the switchboard with RCD’s.

Started in January 2015 3M had taken over the premises in Belmont, so the site was to be redeveloped into offices with work stations, board rooms , meeting rooms, kitchens and works to the warehouse.

12 weeks turn around installing new lighting, soft wiring to work stations, new power and data outlets and three phase power outlets to the warehouse.

Ascot Racecourse Level 1

The first of new works to happen to Ascot Racecourse, demo first then upgrades were commenced to change the toilets, main area, new main kitchen, and new bars.

Working with RWWA with the installation of sports and race walls all along the main trackside and two large display walls at each end of the floor. A larger betting area was installed with new SST and screens.

All toilets were incorporated with LED lighting and sensors which also activated the mechanical ventilation. Upgrades to both Main – Sub Boards were needed.

Floor box’s running through the centre of the main floor for the movable betting areas and for the kitchen servery equipment.
